Current price and refunds
Rovezi is free during early access. We do not take payment details, charge subscription fees or sell paid plans today, so there is no charge from us to refund.
If paid access begins
We will give at least 30 days’ notice before paid access begins. Before asking you to pay, we will show the price, billing period, cancellation process and refund terms for that plan. We will not charge you without your acceptance. You can export your data during the notice period. The pricing terms explain the transition.
Questions or an unexpected charge
If you believe you were charged by Rovezi, email support@mail.rovezi.tech with the date and amount. Do not send full card numbers, CVV codes or passwords. We will investigate the charge.
